Lift works fine but sometimes a bit slow during peak hours. The flat feels solid and wellbuilt, and kids have a nice space to play nearby. Overall, a comfortable place to stay with just small room for improvement in elevator speed.

Water supply is mostly good and power backup works fine during evenings. The flat has decent finishing, though I felt kitchen cabinets could be a bit better quality. Kids enjoy playing in the small open space nearby, which is nice for families. Overall, a comfortable stay without much hassle.
