Bright mornings in the flat make every day feel refreshing. The construction quality is solid, and I appreciate how much natural light floods through, giving it an airy feeling that lifts my spirits. One small concern is that sometimes the noise from the street can be a little disruptive during peak hours, but it's manageable overall. In terms of location, Thiruvalla has some really nice restaurants and food joints nearby that cater to different tastes. Plus, despite being close to busy roads, it surprisingly maintains a calm vibe most of the time.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Well maintained lifts make moving around the building quite smooth, and the sense of community among neighbours here is really nice. One small issue is that sometimes the common areas could use a little more attention, but overall it's been a very pleasant experience living in BCG Tharavadu.

Security at the gate feels inadequate, and I've had concerns about safety. Additionally, the water supply is inconsistent and power backup could be better, during recent outages, it was quite frustrating for our family.

Frustration comes up often when I think about the maintenance issues here, especially with the gym equipment that's frequently out of order. The pool area is nice enough, but it could use a bit more attention as well. Nearby shops are decent for everyday needs and there are good schools in the vicinity, which is a plus for families. Hospitals and clinics are just a short drive away, so that offers some peace of mind. Thankfully, it's relatively quiet around here despite being close to main roads, which helps maintain some serenity at home.
