Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

It's surprising how quiet the flat feels despite being so close to the main road and metro gate, I can hardly hear any traffic noise inside. Just one little drawback is that sometimes maintenance responses take a bit longer than expected, but it's manageable. Kundrathur has some nice parks nearby where kids can play, and finding an auto or cab is usually pretty easy, making it convenient for commuting.

Commute from here is quite smooth, with easy access to main roads and public transport options nearby. Maintenance staff responds promptly whenever there's an issue, which has been a real relief for our family. Only downside is that sometimes the entrance gets crowded during peak hours, making it a little tricky to get in and out. Overall, very satisfied with the experience in this community.
