Well maintained and decent place for living, there are both 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments here. There is also parking space for the residents. it is very clean and located nearby the main road itself.

I have bought a ready to move 2 BHK apartment in Balaji Serenity. It is not only spacious and luxurious but has restored some natural amenities also like natural pond, landscaping and tree plantations, which helps to get fresh air during walks and jogging and playing.

I decided to purchase a 2 BHK flat in Balaji Serenity because I was so impressed with the amenities offered there. Moreover, these flats follow  Vaastu, and since there is always security available, it is safe for kids to play outside.
