Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Quality of the construction is not what I expected, especially considering the price we paid. Small details like uneven flooring and some paintwork could use improvement. While there are decent schools and hospitals nearby, convenience stores seem a bit lacking in variety, which can be frustrating at times. It feels like this place has potential but hasn't quite lived up to it yet.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Commute from Bajrangbali Akash is quite smooth, with the main gate opening up to major roads and public transport options. Being close to shops, schools, and hospitals makes life a lot easier, especially for my family. One minor issue has been the noise from nearby construction, but it hasn't overshadowed our overall positive experience living here.

Water supply issues have been quite frequent lately, with taps running dry at inconvenient times. Power backup also seems unreliable, we've faced outages that disrupt our evening routines. On top of that, while commuting from Regent Park is manageable, traffic can be a hassle during peak hours. It's disappointing because the location has potential but these daily inconveniences make it frustrating to live here.

Freshly painted walls and well maintained corridors really give a positive first impression in Bajrangbali Akash. The quality of the construction shows attention to detail, which is reassuring for a family home. One small complaint would be that sometimes the common areas could use a little more regular upkeep, but overall it's been a pleasant experience living here.

Security at the gate feels insufficient, especially during late hours when there are fewer staff on duty. The lifts frequently break down and it's frustrating to deal with that along with general maintenance issues in the building.

Water supply issues have been a constant headache here. There are days when we face significant shortages, especially during peak hours, which really disrupts our routine. Power backup isn't always reliable either, I've experienced several outages that last longer than expected. The proximity to the main road is great for commuting, and having the metro station nearby adds some convenience. In Regent Park, property values seem to be on an upward trend lately, which is encouraging if you think about long term investments. Plus, there are decent hospitals like MediClaim and clinics within a short distance, so healthcare access isn't too much of a worry.

Moving through the flat, the quality of construction really stands out, everything feels solid and well finished. Rooms have an airy feel that makes it pleasant to unwind after a busy day. If there's one small issue, it's that sometimes we wish for a little more storage space, but overall, this place has turned into a lovely home for us.
