Sunlight floods into the rooms, making mornings feel bright and energizing. With shops, hospitals, and schools just around the corner, it's incredibly convenient for family life, only wish there were more green spaces nearby for a little outdoor relaxation.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Security at the gate gives a good feeling of safety, and inside the flat it's wonderfully calm, perfect for unwinding after a long day. One small downside is that maintenance response times could be quicker when issues arise.

Feeling safe is important, and the security setup at the gate really puts my mind at ease. The lift condition has been good too, maintenance is consistent, and the building generally looks well kept. If there's one small issue, it's that sometimes during peak hours, you might have to wait a little longer for the lift. The locality is quite family friendly with good schools nearby that my kids attend regularly. Plus, we rarely face any issues with water or electricity here, which makes life much easier.

Well maintained corridors and common areas make a noticeable difference in everyday life, and having shops, hospitals, and schools close by is a big plus for my family. If there's one thing to improve, it would be the lighting in some of the common areas, it could use a bit more brightness.

Staying here for seven months now. The common areas are clean and security is active round the clock. Water supply is steady and there have been no major power issues.

Water supply is a constant concern, with frequent interruptions that can be quite frustrating. When issues arise, the maintenance staff seems to take their time addressing complaints, which doesn't help when you're in need of immediate assistance. Power backup is also not as reliable as one would expect, leaving us in the dark more often than we'd like. On a brighter note, Periya Semur has its advantages with good hospitals and clinics just a short distance away for quick access if needed. Plus, getting to public transport isn't an issue here, there are decent bus routes and the metro is fairly accessible too.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Finding that the maintenance staff is always quick to respond to any complaints gives a real sense of comfort living here. The daily commute from the gate is quite convenient, which makes my workdays much smoother. If I had one small complaint, it would be about some common areas needing a bit more attention now and then. In terms of the locality, the streets feel safe at night, so there's no worry when stepping out after dark. Water and electricity reliability has been pretty solid as well, which adds to the overall peace of mind.
