Corridors often feel neglected, with trash sometimes piling up and maintenance issues not getting addressed promptly. For a family home, this is quite disappointing because it creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. While the nearby shops are convenient for daily needs and there's a decent hospital just down the road, schools around here don't seem to be as good as I had hoped for my kids' education. Medavakkam has a settled vibe with lots of families living here, which gives it a nice community feel. Some well regarded schools nearby do help ease concerns about education options for our children.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Walking around the neighborhood reveals how well connected it is to the main road, making daily commutes a lot easier. Shops and essential services are just a short stroll away, which saves me time on errands. One minor complaint would be that sometimes the noise from traffic can get a bit distracting, especially during peak hours. In Medavakkam, there are several good schools nearby that my kids attend regularly, which gives me peace of mind. Plus, we have reliable hospitals and clinics close by for any emergencies or routine check ups.

Noticed the lift has been out of service too often lately, which is really frustrating considering we live on one of the higher floors. Maintenance around here could use a lot more attention as well, it's clear that things aren't being kept up like they should be. On a positive note, there are decent shops and schools nearby, but it doesn't make up for the general upkeep issues we've been facing.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Bright mornings and cool breezes fill the flat, making it a joy to come home. Noise levels are surprisingly low, which really allows for some peace and quiet after a long workday. My only small complaint is that during peak hours, there can be a little traffic noise outside, but once inside, it's quite serene. Medavakkam feels safe even late at night with families walking around without worries. Water and electricity supply have been reliable so far, which is such a relief in this city.

Feeling the solid construction and quality finishes right from the moment you step inside makes a huge difference. The interior feels surprisingly peaceful, which is a relief in Chennai's bustling environment. Just wish there were more options for lighting in some corners, but overall, it's been a delightful experience here at Ayyan Achyut.
