Finding a place that checks off so many boxes isn't easy. Shops and supermarkets are just around the corner, making grocery runs quick and hassle free. Schools in the vicinity have really helped with my kids' education, while the nearby hospital gives peace of mind for any health needs. The flat gets plenty of air flow which adds to a comfortable atmosphere, although sometimes I wish the common areas were better maintained. Overall, a lovely spot in Medavakkam that feels like home!

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Accessing the main road from our gate is super easy, which really helps during rush hour. The lifts are usually in good condition and well maintained, making daily trips hassle free. Only downside has been occasional maintenance work that disrupts peace a little but overall, we're quite content here.

Consistently impressed with the daily commute from the gate, it's quick and convenient for getting to work. The lift could use a bit of attention, but overall, building maintenance has been good so far. Medavakkam is quite peaceful, which I appreciate after a long day at work, and I've found both water supply and electricity reliability to be solid here. Traffic noise isn't bothersome either, making it easier to relax at home in the evenings.

Situated close to the main road in Medavakkam, the noise from traffic can be quite distracting at times. While the flat feels relatively insulated inside, you still catch sounds of honking and construction nearby. The metro gate is convenient for commuting, but that also means constant hustle and bustle around the area. Overall, not exactly what I expected for a peaceful living experience.

A real sense of community fills the place, making it feel like home from day one. Daily commutes are surprisingly smooth with easy access right outside the gate, saving me time and stress compared to other areas I've lived in. If there's one small issue, it's that sometimes noise from nearby construction can be a bit distracting, but it's manageable. Medavakkam has some lovely parks where kids can play and families can enjoy weekends together. The metro is not too far away, plus there are decent bus connections for those who prefer public transport.

Close proximity to the main road makes commuting really easy, and the maintenance staff is quick to address any issues that arise. Only complaint would be occasional delays in getting things fixed, but overall a wonderful place to call home.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Noticing how quickly my kids adjusted to the neighbourhood made me realize just how welcoming it is here. Ayyan Aathmika offers great value compared to other options around, especially with reliable water supply and solid power backup that keeps everything running smoothly even during peak times. The only downside has been occasional noise from construction nearby, but it's manageable. Medavakkam is a fantastic area for families, with several good schools just a short drive away that our children attend regularly. Plus, both water and electricity services are dependable here, which makes daily life much easier for all of us.
