Water supply issues are a regular headache here, with inconsistent availability at times when it's needed the most. Maintenance staff seem to take their time addressing complaints, which adds to the frustration. Despite these challenges, there are some redeeming aspects about the community. Medavakkam has decent roads, but infrastructure upkeep could definitely be better to match the growing population. Water and electricity reliability in this area is often hit or miss, making daily life more complicated than it should be.

Hearing the constant honking and loudspeakers from nearby celebrations really disrupts the peace inside my flat. While it has its moments of quiet, they are few and far between, making it difficult to unwind after a long day. The community feel among neighbours is decent, we all try to look out for one another, but I wish there was more effort in keeping things serene. Medavakkam's roads are generally well maintained, which makes commuting hassle free most days. Finding an auto or cab is quite easy around here too, so getting around isn't a problem at all.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Sunlight pours in beautifully throughout the day, making mornings truly enjoyable. While the lift could use some maintenance, overall the building is well kept and feels like a welcoming home.

Proximity to the main road and metro gate makes daily commuting incredibly easy. The gym and pool within the project are fantastic for unwinding after a long day, plus they offer great facilities for family activities. Only downside has been the occasional noise from nearby construction, but overall, the experience here has been very positive.

Walking through the corridors, it's clear that attention to detail was a priority during construction. The common areas are well maintained, giving off a nice and welcoming vibe. One small concern is the occasional delay in addressing minor maintenance requests, but overall we're genuinely satisfied with our decision to move here. Medavakkam has solid road quality which makes commuting easier, and there's no shortage of supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away for everyday needs. It's really convenient to have everything so close without any hassle.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Corridors and common areas often look neglected, which is disappointing for a community like this. The daily commute from the gate can get hectic during peak hours, making it challenging to reach my office on time. Medavakkam has its perks though, finding an auto or cab isn't too tough, and I've rarely faced issues with water or electricity supply here.
