Feeling really satisfied after settling into Astoria in Mangla. The construction finish is top notch and the value compared to other options in Bilaspur is quite impressive. If there's one small thing, it would be that sometimes maintenance responses could be a bit quicker, but overall it's been a positive experience for my family.

Water supply here has been consistent, which is a relief during the hot months. The security setup at the gate gives me peace of mind, knowing my family is safe. Just wish there was a little more clarity on maintenance schedules, sometimes it feels like we're left in the dark about minor issues.

Recently, the state of the lifts in Astoria has been quite disappointing. It seems like they are frequently out of service, which can be frustrating when you're trying to head out or come back after a long day. The building could definitely use better upkeep as well, it's clear that maintenance isn't prioritized. Proximity to the main road is convenient and helps with commuting, but it doesn't make up for these ongoing issues. On a positive note, there are plenty of supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, which is really handy for everyday needs. Finding an auto or cab from here is also pretty easy since it's right on a main route.

Close proximity to the main road and metro gate is definitely a plus here, making commutes easier. However, the water supply has been inconsistent lately, which can be quite frustrating, especially with kids at home. Power backup is also not as reliable as expected, outages happen more often than one would like.

Quality of life here has been wonderful, especially considering the schools and hospitals just around the corner. Shopping options are plenty, which makes daily errands easy to manage. My only small complaint would be about occasional noise from nearby construction, it can be a bit distracting at times.
