Common areas are well maintained and give a nice feeling of community, which is something we truly appreciate. Being so close to the main road makes commuting for work quite manageable, plus the metro gate isn't far either. The only small complaint would be that sometimes the lift can take a while during peak hours when everyone heads out. In our neighbourhood of Ladpura, water supply is pretty reliable and we rarely have issues with electricity as well. There are some excellent restaurants nearby offering diverse options, it's great for those lazy weekends when cooking feels like too much effort!

Bright morning light fills every corner of our flat, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Fresh air flows in easily, making it feel spacious even on the busiest days. The sound insulation here is impressive, it's like stepping into a different world after being outside. My only small concern is the occasional street noise during peak hours, but it's manageable and doesn't disrupt our daily life much.

Amenities like the gym and pool are underwhelming compared to what other projects in Kota offer. While there are some decent food joints around, schools nearby could really use better facilities for kids.

Quality of the construction has really impressed me, from the finish in my flat to the well maintained corridors and common areas. It feels good to live in a place where attention to detail matters, though I do wish the lifts could be a bit faster during peak hours. Schools like St. Paul's and Bright Future Academy are just around the corner, which is perfect for families like ours. Finding an auto or cab is never a hassle either, they are readily available whenever needed.

There's a real sense of community here with friendly neighbours who often gather for festivals and celebrations.
