Noticing how quickly the maintenance staff responds to any issues has made settling in much easier. Our flat gets plenty of ventilation, which is such a relief during the hot months, and it truly feels like home. There's just one small thing, sometimes, noise from outside can be a bit distracting. Mylapore has some lovely parks nearby where kids can play and families can unwind on weekends. The property values are steadily appreciating too, making this a good investment for the future while enjoying all these conveniences.

Security at the gate provides a real sense of safety, which is something I value as a family person. The construction quality of our flat feels solid, and everything is nicely finished, making it a comfortable space to live in. One small thing I wish could improve is the responsiveness of maintenance, sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected for them to attend to issues.

Sunlight floods our flat in the mornings, making it feel so warm and welcoming. The air circulation is fantastic too, which keeps everything fresh. With a lovely pool and a well equipped gym right in the project, getting some exercise has become a part of our routine. My only small complaint would be that the gym can get busy during peak hours, but that's just because it's popular! Mylapore has been a pleasant surprise as well, metro access is just around the corner, which makes commuting easier for us. Traffic can get a bit heavy during rush hours, but I suppose that's expected in Chennai.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Water supply has been unreliable lately, which is quite frustrating for daily routines. While there are some shops and a couple of hospitals nearby, the schools could be better in terms of options. Mylapore has its charm with a few nice restaurants, though finding good street food around here seems hit or miss. Property prices have been steady, but I wish they would appreciate more considering the location.

Convenient access to shops, hospitals, and schools makes daily life much easier. The commute from the gate is straightforward, whether it's for work or picking up groceries. One small concern would be that during peak hours, traffic can get a little hectic on the main road. Overall, quite satisfied with our decision to settle here in Mylapore.
