Commute to work is so convenient from the gate, which makes busy mornings a lot easier. Neighbours are friendly and we often have small get togethers that give a real sense of community. Just wish there were more options for local dining, but that's a minor thing compared to how comfortable it feels here. Supermarkets and kirana stores are just a short walk away, which is really handy for daily needs. Plus, there are good hospitals nearby in case of emergencies, giving us peace of mind living in this area.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Sense of community among neighbours often feels warm, and there's a genuine spirit of camaraderie. Unfortunately, maintenance requests tend to take longer than expected to get resolved, which can be quite frustrating.

Airflow in the flat is decent, which helps on warmer days, but there are times when it feels a bit stifled. The community among neighbors has its moments, some families are friendly, but I've noticed others keep to themselves more than I expected. One ongoing issue we face is the maintenance of common areas, they could definitely use more attention. Nayabad has its perks with reasonably well maintained roads and good infrastructure overall. When it comes to food options, there are several restaurants nearby that serve tasty dishes, so finding a meal isn't much trouble at all.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Facilities like the gym and swimming pool are really well maintained, which makes it easy to keep fit without having to step out. The power backup system works reliably, ensuring that there are no disruptions during those hot summer days. One minor drawback is the occasional fluctuation in water supply, but overall, Aryan Regency has been a satisfying place to call home.
