The corridors and lobby are pretty clean, which I liked since it feels welcoming every day. Neighbours seem friendly, and there’s a calm vibe overall. Traffic can be a bit heavy during peak hours, but nothing too bad if you leave early. Would be great if parking space was a little more organised though. Overall, a decent place to stay without much hassle.

Place is decent for living, but sometimes power backup is not very reliable, which can be a bit annoying. Rent prices seem a little high compared to what you get, though the locality feels calm most of the time. Overall, okay if you don’t mind occasional hiccups.
