Considering everything, it is overall, a good project from a trusted builder. Yet the pricing seems to be out of sync with the other elements.

We loved this flat so much we were willing to buy it, but later realized the square foot area of the flat will not be sufficient for our fairly big family.

The layout has been engineered brilliantly. Some things I like are the room layouts, placement of the bathrooms, and balcony and the space given for kitchen.

I'm not sure if they offer it fully furnished or not, but the interior design shown in the photos is stunning! The white theme looks absolutely gorgeous.
