Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Shops are within reach, which is a plus for daily needs. Unfortunately, the nearby hospital isn't as accessible as one would hope, especially during emergencies. Schools in the vicinity leave much to be desired, quality education feels a bit out of reach here. The flat itself lacks adequate air circulation, making it feel stifling at times.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Spending time at the gym and pool has become a part of my daily routine, making it easy to stay active without stepping out of the community. The convenience of commuting from here is another plus, getting to work feels much more manageable with such quick access. If there's one thing that could be improved, it's the frequency of maintenance updates in common areas, but overall I really enjoy living here.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Strolling through the corridors of ARG Rosewood Apartments, you can't help but appreciate how well maintained everything is. The gym and pool are fantastic for unwinding after a long day at work, although I wish the gym had a few more machines. Community areas are always clean, which adds to that welcoming feel we all like to have at home. In terms of locality, water supply has been consistently reliable here, and I haven't faced any major electricity issues either. Plus, getting around is easy with good bus access right nearby and metro stations not too far away either.

Walls and flooring in the flat are well finished, giving it a solid feel right from the start. The attention to detail in the construction is evident, making our home both comfortable and inviting. One small downside is that noise from the nearby main road can sometimes be distracting during rush hours, but it's manageable. Ghooghra has been a great choice for us because of its proximity to metro access, which makes commuting easier. Traffic during peak hours does get busy, but living this close to public transport makes it much more convenient overall.

Water supply issues are quite frequent here, which can be frustrating, especially during peak hours. Power backup is also inconsistent at times, leading to unnecessary interruptions in daily activities. On the positive side, neighbours are generally friendly and willing to lend a hand when needed, but the ongoing utility problems do put a damper on community spirit.
