Kids have space to play, which is nice, but parking can be a bit of a headache during evenings. Overall, it’s okay for families but expect some crowd at times.

Really liked how clean and wellmaintained the common areas were here. It felt safe for kids to play around without much worry. The rent prices seem reasonable too, so might be good for someone looking to invest or stay long term. Would be even better if they added a little more shade in the kids' play area during summers. Overall, a comfortable place to live with family.

Neighbours are friendly and it feels safe even when I come back late at night. Sometimes the water supply is a bit irregular, but overall it’s a decent place to stay.
