Really liked how clean and wellmaintained the common areas were here. It felt safe for kids to play around without much worry. The rent prices seem reasonable too, so might be good for someone looking to invest or stay long term. Would be even better if they added a little more shade in the kids' play area during summers. Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but overall the place feels clean and well maintained. The flats have good finishing, so happy with that. Would be better if lifts were faster. Pretty decent place.
