Sunlight barely filters into our flat, and there's a noticeable lack of air circulation that makes it uncomfortable at times. Considering the price, there are definitely better options in Agra. Dayal Bagh is a growing area with property values steadily climbing, plus there are decent hospitals nearby that provide good healthcare when needed. It's not all bad here, but I wish we had more light and fresh air in our home.

Seeing the kids play in the sports area while I get my workout in at the gym has been a real highlight for me. It's nice having friendly neighbors who often join for evening walks around the well kept grounds, making it feel like a close knit community. The pool is always clean and well maintained, which adds to our weekends when we want to relax. If there's one small thing, it would be that sometimes I wish the gym had more equipment options during peak hours, otherwise, it's been a fulfilling experience here.

Quiet evenings have become a norm, and the sound insulation in the flat really helps with that. Whenever there's an issue, the maintenance staff is quick to respond and always resolves things efficiently, though I sometimes wish they could be just a tad faster during peak hours. Dayal Bagh has solid water and electricity supply, which is such a relief in this heat, and we've found some good schools nearby that our kids actually enjoy attending. It's nice knowing we're settled in an area that feels both convenient and family friendly.

Commute times can be frustrating, especially during peak hours since the gate often gets congested. The lift situation is also disappointing, it's frequently out of order, which makes daily life quite inconvenient given how many floors we have.

Having access to a well maintained gym and pool right within the complex has made fitness a lot easier for my family. Power backup is reliable, which gives me peace of mind during those summer evenings. Noise from the nearby road is a constant annoyance, making it hard to enjoy some peace inside the flat. The gym and pool area also don't offer much respite, you can hear everything going on outside which really detracts from the experience. Even though Aaradhya Green has nice amenities, these sound issues make it hard to relax after a long day. In Dayal Bagh, the streets feel quite safe at night, and we have good schools nearby that my kids go to regularly. It's comforting knowing they can walk back without any worries.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

In terms of locality, there are supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, making grocery runs convenient. Traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hours, but it's nothing too frustrating to deal with.
