Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Security at the gate feels lacking, which is concerning for families living here. The construction finish on my flat wasn't up to standard either, there are a few areas that clearly show poor workmanship. It's disappointing given the expectations we had from AR Constructions. China Waltair seems to be on an upward trend when it comes to property appreciation, so that's a silver lining. Streets feel relatively safe at night, which is important for anyone walking back home after dark.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Lift breakdowns have become a regular occurrence, which makes daily life quite frustrating. I often find myself waiting longer than I'd like just to get up or down, especially during rush hours. While the location offers decent access to main roads and markets, the building upkeep leaves much to be desired. It feels neglected at times, which adds to the overall disappointment in living here.

Water supply has been consistent and I really appreciate the reliable power backup that keeps everything running smoothly. The upkeep of corridors and common areas is commendable, although occasionally I notice they could use a bit more attention. Supermarkets and kirana stores are within walking distance, which makes grocery shopping so convenient, and there are good schools nearby that my kids attend without any hassle.

Noticing how easily accessible the main road and metro gate are has been a relief for our daily commute. The lift condition is generally good, but it could use a little more regular maintenance to ensure it's always running smoothly. In China Waltair, Vizag, the streets feel quite safe even at night, and there's a lovely park nearby where kids can play and families can unwind on weekends. It's really nice to have such open spaces in the vicinity to enjoy some fresh air after a long day.

Neighbors are friendly, and there's a nice sense of community here. However, the flat doesn't get enough air circulation, which can make it feel stuffy at times.

Problems with the lift have been a real hassle since moving in. It seems like it's always out of service, and when you live on the fourth floor, that gets old quickly. Maintenance of the building could be better as well, there are areas that feel neglected and don't get regular attention. On a positive note, there are plenty of shops, hospitals, and schools nearby which is convenient for our family. The locality has its share of noise from the main road during peak hours but it's manageable overall. Plus, having supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away makes errands pretty easy to handle amidst all this chaos.

Seeing the building well maintained and tidy gives a sense of comfort that is hard to find elsewhere. The lift has had some issues lately, but overall, the upkeep here is solid compared to other places we've considered around China Waltair. It's nice to feel secure and see our investment holding good value in this area.
