Security at the gate has been a constant concern for me. There seems to be a lack of proper monitoring, which raises questions about safety, especially with so many families around. Considering the price point compared to other options in New Alipore, I expected better reassurance in this area.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Stepping into the building always gives a sense of welcome, and it's nice to see how well the common areas are maintained. The lifts function smoothly most of the time, which adds to the convenience. Just a small note sometimes the corridors could use a little more attention in terms of cleaning, but overall it's been a pleasant experience living here in New Alipore.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Noticing how quickly the maintenance staff responds to requests has been a pleasant surprise. Any issue we've raised gets addressed promptly, which makes life much easier. The security setup at the gate gives me peace of mind, although I do feel they could improve the visitor check in process to make it smoother. New Alipore is quite convenient too, roads are well kept and infrastructure seems pretty solid. Supermarkets and kirana stores are within walking distance, so picking up essentials is hassle free.

Proximity to the main road and metro gate is definitely a plus, making daily commutes much easier. However, when it comes to maintenance requests, things can be frustratingly slow. It's common to wait days for even minor issues to get resolved. For the money spent here, one would expect quicker responses from the staff managing these complaints.

There's something special about how much fresh air flows through this flat, making each morning feel refreshing. Maintenance staff respond quickly to any issues, and they really know their jobs well, it's comforting to have that kind of support. The only minor complaint would be the occasional delay in getting repairs done during peak hours, but it's manageable. New Alipore has a settled vibe with all the amenities close by, and you can see property values steadily increasing here. It feels good knowing that our investment is likely to grow over time while enjoying everything the neighborhood offers.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Sunlight streaming into the flat every morning makes such a difference to the day. There's a lovely sense of community here, with friendly neighbours who often gather for festivals or weekend chats. One small thing is that sometimes noise travels more than expected, especially during celebrations, but it's nothing too bothersome.
