Residential neighborhood with good development. It is RERA approved property. The layout is stunning and was created with high-quality materials. Future-ready infrastructure is provided. There is some infrastructure-related work that needs to be done, but I have no doubt that it will be completed swiftly and well.

Well developed layout with decent amenities. Staff supported a lot during registration . It was overall seamless experience in buying the plot and getting it registered. I recomend Anu Enterprises for any one looking out for a property.

Good plots to invest or to build ourselves a beautiful home. The only disadvantage is Mysore city is around 14 km's far from the property felt it is bit outskirt from the city.
