Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Noticing how well the building is maintained really stands out, the lift works perfectly, and overall upkeep is quite impressive. My flat has plenty of air circulation and a great sense of space, making it comfortable for family life. If there's one thing I'd say could improve, it's that sometimes noise from outside can be a little noticeable. Kishangarh is pretty handy too there's a good clinic just around the corner and schools like ABC Academy nearby that my kids attend. It makes daily life much easier knowing everything we need is so close!

Quality construction and thoughtful finishes make our flat in Ankur Dham quite comfortable. The building is well maintained, though the lift sometimes takes a bit longer than expected during peak hours. Overall, we feel secure and content in our home. Kishangarh has good metro access which makes commuting easy, and there are lovely parks nearby for evening walks or weekend picnics with family. It's a nice blend of convenience and relaxation that we truly appreciate.

Friendly neighbours make every evening enjoyable, and the strong water supply plus reliable power backup are such a relief in this heat. My only concern would be that the community events could be more frequent to strengthen those connections further.

With the main road just a stone's throw away, it's incredibly easy to get around and access everything we need. Inside the flat, it feels surprisingly quiet despite the bustling area outside, which is a real blessing after long workdays. If there's one small complaint, it would be that occasionally I hear some noise from neighboring units during gatherings, but that hasn't overshadowed our overall satisfaction with living here.

Security at the gate feels a bit lacking, I've noticed that there are times when the guards seem distracted or not paying close attention. Water supply has also been inconsistent, with unexpected shortages now and then, especially during peak hours. Power backup could be better as well, during recent outages, it took longer than expected for the generators to kick in.

Recently noticed that the lift condition has improved significantly since we moved in. Maintenance staff are quite responsive and address issues promptly, which makes a big difference when you're juggling work and family. Just wish the corridors were kept a bit tidier, they could use more regular attention. Overall, it's been a pleasant experience living at Ankur Dham with a supportive community around us.

Wall finishes here feel rushed, and the quality is disappointing for what was promised. Despite that, inside the flat, it remains relatively peaceful, but I expected more soundproofing given the construction standards.
