Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Attention to detail in the construction finish has really made this flat feel like home. Maintenance staff are always quick to respond and handle any issues effectively, which gives a sense of reassurance. If there's one small complaint, it would be that sometimes the noise from neighboring flats can be a bit distracting, but overall it's been a positive experience living here.

Natural light fills every room, which creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Compared to other options in the area, the value here stands out, it's hard to find this much space and comfort at a similar price. Just one small thing sometimes the noise from nearby roads can be noticeable during peak hours, but it's really not a major issue for us.

Finding a reliable hospital nearby has been quite a challenge. While there are some shops around, they often lack variety and quality, making it tough for quick grocery runs. The schools in the area are decent but not exactly standout options if you're looking for something exceptional for your kids. My daily commute can be frustrating at times, traffic from the gate during peak hours is something I didn't anticipate. In terms of locality, streets feel relatively safe at night which is a relief, and getting an auto or cab isn't too difficult, so that helps when we need to go out. Still, I wish there was more to offer right within the neighbourhood instead of having to drive out further for better amenities.

Complaints about maintenance here often take longer to address than expected. Each time there's an issue, it feels like we're waiting in line for help, which can be frustrating when there are other places around that seem more responsive. While the environment is decent, the overall value doesn't quite match up with what's offered elsewhere in Kompally.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.
