Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Water supply is reliable, which has been a big relief for us. Power backup works well too, so there's never a worry during outages. The nearby shops and hospitals are quite accessible, making daily errands easier, and having good schools close by is great for the kids. Only small issue would be that sometimes the traffic can get heavy during peak hours. Mylapore feels safe at night with families out for walks and parks not far away provide nice spots to relax or play with children. Overall, it's a pleasant area to call home.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Noticing the solid construction finish, it's clear that attention to detail was taken seriously. The flat has a nice quality feel, making everyday living enjoyable. One small drawback would be the lift condition, which could use some updates, aside from that, building upkeep has been quite commendable and really contributes to our comfort here.

Power backup has been reliable, which is such a relief during Chennai's sweltering summers. Water supply is consistent too, making daily routines much smoother. The only minor issue I've noticed is the occasional fluctuation in pressure during peak hours, but it's manageable. Mylapore has so much to offer with plenty of auto stands nearby and cab availability isn't an issue either. Supermarkets and kirana stores are just a short walk away, making grocery shopping really convenient for our family.

Seeing the lift break down frequently has become quite frustrating. There seems to be a lack of proper maintenance in the building overall, which really affects everyday life. While the location in Mylapore is nice and convenient, other options nearby offer better upkeep for a similar price. I expected more from MS Cprs Venture Pvt Ltd given their reputation, but this experience has been disappointing.

Access to shops and schools nearby is pretty good, which is a plus for families. However, the water supply situation can be frustrating, sometimes it feels like we're living in an unpredictable game of musical chairs with buckets. Power backup could also use improvement, as outages happen more frequently than one would hope.

Recent experiences with the maintenance staff have been quite frustrating. Complaints often take longer than expected to be addressed, which has become a real concern for us. Compared to other options around Mylapore, the value doesn't seem justified when issues linger without proper resolution. Mylapore offers good connectivity with metro access not too far away and plenty of bus routes nearby, making commuting fairly easy. However, the roads can get noisy during peak hours, which might affect those looking for some peace at home.

Noise levels can be quite bothersome here. Even though the flat is designed to be quiet, sounds from the corridors and common areas often disrupt the peace. Additionally, upkeep in those shared spaces leaves a lot to be desired, sometimes it feels neglected, which doesn't help with the overall atmosphere.

Proximity to the main road and metro station is definitely a plus, making daily commutes easy. However, maintenance response times leave much to be desired, when issues arise, it often feels like we're left waiting for ages before someone shows up. For families looking for a hassle free experience, this can be frustrating. Just managing expectations around service here is essential.
