The property is not appropriate for the location because it is too expensive and the neighbourhood is full of middle-class families. The property doesn't appear good and the construction didn't adhere to vastu principles.

Among the several properties in K R Puram, Alpine Viva attracted my Eyes. Beautiful building with excellent amenities. The structure has an outstanding and appealing design. worth purchasing.

Definitely a really good property. The building's structure and design are excellent. There is plenty of space, and the amenities look good. The spacing was excellent. We've reserved the flat, and I have no doubt that it will look great once the building is finished. After all, it is a wise investment.
