Air circulation in the flat is decent, but overall it feels a bit cramped and lacks enough openness. Being close to the main road is convenient for commuting, but sometimes noise can be intrusive during peak hours. In this area, there are a few parks nearby that provide some green space for families, which is nice to have. The locality feels quite settled and developed, making it easy to find shops and other daily necessities within reach.

Facilities for fitness enthusiasts here leave much to be desired. The gym is quite small and often crowded, making it difficult to maintain a regular workout routine. As for the pool, it's not well maintained and tends to be dirty more often than not. Considering the pricing in comparison to other options in Kotagiri, it feels like we are not getting good value for our money.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Bright mornings with plenty of sunlight flooding into the rooms make a big difference in everyday life. The community here feels warm and welcoming, and it's nice to have friendly neighbours who genuinely look out for each other. Just one small thing, sometimes the noise from nearby traffic can be a bit distracting during peak hours, but overall it's been a really good experience living here.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Lift maintenance has been a concern here, and the corridors could use more attention, it's disappointing when the common areas don't feel well cared for. The surrounding area in Kotagiri is peaceful, but road noise can be distracting at times, and thankfully we rarely face issues with water or electricity supply.

Finding shops and schools nearby is definitely a plus in this area, but the lack of adequate sunlight in the flat can be quite frustrating. Mornings feel dim, which isn't ideal for starting the day. Also, while there's a hospital not too far away, it's often crowded and doesn't seem to provide quick service when you need it most.

Stepping into my flat, the first thing I noticed was how well ventilated it is, there's always a nice flow of fresh air. The space feels open and welcoming, which makes spending time at home quite enjoyable. My only small complaint would be the occasional noise from nearby construction, but it's not a dealbreaker given how cozy and comfortable everything else is. In terms of the area, finding an auto or cab is super easy since there are plenty around. Property values here have been steadily rising, making it a smart choice for families looking to invest in their future while enjoying the beauty of Ooty.

Quality of the flat is impressive, with well thought out finishes that really add to the overall appeal. Having shops, hospitals, and schools within easy reach makes daily life so much simpler for my family. Neighbors are friendly and there's a strong sense of community here, which I appreciate. The only downside has been occasional noise from construction nearby, it can get a bit distracting sometimes, but it's manageable given all the positives.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.
