It's refreshing how quiet it is inside the flat, making it feel like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle outside. Maintenance staff are always quick to respond and resolve any issues that come up, which really adds to the comfort of living here. If I had to mention one small thing, sometimes the noise from nearby construction can be a bit disruptive during the day, but overall it's been a great experience.

Complaints are addressed quickly, and the maintenance staff is genuinely helpful. Water supply has been consistent, which has been a relief with our busy schedule. Power backup kicks in smoothly whenever there's an outage, it's nice not to have to worry about interruptions during work hours or when entertaining guests. The only downside I've noticed is that sometimes the common area cleanliness could be improved, but that hasn't overshadowed my overall satisfaction living here.

Corridors often feel neglected, with cleaning being quite inconsistent. Common areas could use more attention as well, it's disappointing to see them not maintained properly. Water supply can be erratic at times, and the power backup isn't reliable either, which makes things challenging during peak hours.

Stepping inside feels really peaceful, and the solid construction helps keep outside noise at bay, which is a relief after long workdays. There's a good mix of amenities nearby that makes life easier, from grocery stores to hospitals and schools. My only minor complaint would be the occasional rush hour traffic on the main road, it can get a bit hectic. Within walking distance, there are several supermarkets and local kirana stores for everyday needs, plus a couple of well rated clinics if anyone in the family needs medical attention quickly. It's nice knowing everything is so accessible without having to go too far!

Sitting in my living room, the serenity is quite noticeable, even with the busy world outside. The maintenance team has been responsive whenever we've needed them, addressing issues promptly without any hassle. My only minor complaint would be that sometimes I wish the amenities were a little more diversified for family activities. Pethapur feels well established and vibrant, with good road conditions and infrastructure that make commuting a breeze. There are plenty of shops and parks nearby which adds to the charm of this area.

Noticing the cleanliness in the corridors and common areas has made a big difference in how welcoming it feels here. Whenever there's a maintenance request, the staff is quick to respond and address any issues with professionalism, which really helps maintain a comfortable environment. One small complaint would be that some of the landscaping could use more attention, as it doesn't always look its best. Otherwise, it's been a positive experience overall living in this community.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.
