Neighbourhood is quite friendly and calm, which I liked a lot. Shops and markets are nearby, so getting daily things is easy. Power backup works fine, though water supply could be a bit more consistent.

The flat feels solid and wellbuilt, with good finishing inside which I really liked. The balconies are nice to sit in the evenings and get some fresh air. Sometimes the lift takes a bit longer than expected, but overall it’s comfortable to live here. The open spaces around make it feel less crowded. Would be better if parking was a little easier though.
