Stepping into the corridors of Akarsh Adarsh Primrose, you can see that they genuinely care about upkeep, everything feels well maintained and inviting. The lifts work smoothly most of the time, making it convenient for daily routines. One small complaint would be that sometimes a few common areas need a little more attention, but it doesn't take away from how happy we are living here. Gunjur is quite nice with reliable water supply and electricity, which is always reassuring in Bangalore. Plus, walking around in the evenings feels safe and peaceful, it's really comforting to know that our family can enjoy some fresh air after sunset without any worries.

Water supply is reliable, and having consistent power backup makes daily life much smoother. Staying here has been a pleasure, especially with the well maintained sports area that really keeps me active after a long day. The noise level inside the flat is surprisingly low, making it easy to unwind and relax. Close proximity to the main road and the metro gate makes commuting a breeze. The lifts are in good condition, which is a relief during busy mornings. Building maintenance has been impressive, with clean common areas and prompt service for any issues that arise. My only small concern would be occasional noise from nearby construction, but it hasn't really affected our daily life too much. Gunjur has some decent schools nearby that my kids attend regularly, so that's a big plus for us. Water supply and electricity have been reliable here, which is always appreciated in Bangalore's ever changing climate.

Gunjur has its perks too, with good hospitals like Narayana Health just a short drive away for any emergencies. Plus, there are some nice parks nearby where families can relax and enjoy time outdoors together.
