Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Amenities here are decent, but I've faced ongoing issues with the security setup at the gate. Despite having guards, there have been moments when they seem distracted or unresponsive, which can be unsettling. Shops and hospitals nearby are a plus, there's a good hospital just down the road and grocery stores are within walking distance for quick errands. Schools in the area also cater to families well, so that's reassuring. Kharghar feels relatively safe at night with street lights in place, and there are supermarkets and kirana stores close by for daily needs. Overall, it makes life manageable but improvements in security would really help make this a better place to live.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Water supply has been consistent here, which is a huge relief considering how often that can be an issue in Mumbai. Power backup works well too, I've hardly faced any interruptions, even during those long summer afternoons. The only small thing I wish for is faster maintenance response for minor repairs, it can take a while sometimes. Kharghar's location is fantastic as it's close to the main road and just a short distance from the metro station, making commuting easier. Traffic during peak hours can get a bit hectic but nothing too unbearable better than some other areas I've lived in!

Noise levels inside the flat are surprisingly low, which has been a welcome change from my previous place. The construction quality is commendable, everything feels solid and well finished. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the occasional sounds from nearby construction sites during the day, but it's manageable and doesn't bother us much.

Attention to detail in the construction of our flat has really stood out, with finishes that feel both modern and durable. Maintenance staff are quick to respond when there are issues, which is always a plus, though sometimes it takes a couple of follow ups to get things fully resolved. Kharghar has become quite an appealing area, with plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. Finding an auto or cab here is never a hassle, the locality feels very settled and developed, making daily life comfortable.
