Corridors and common areas are kept clean, which makes coming home feel pleasant every day. Commute from the gate is quite convenient for my work schedule, though the Wi Fi can be a little spotty at times. Naya Khera has manageable traffic during peak hours, so I rarely face delays. Plus, there are several supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance for quick grocery runs.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Bright sunlight floods my flat throughout the day, making it feel warm and inviting. There's a wonderful breeze that flows through, so even on hot days, it stays comfortable. The daily commute is straightforward from the gate, I can easily reach my office without any fuss. My only small complaint is that sometimes the lift takes a bit longer during peak hours. Naya Khera has been great for our family with its safe streets at night allowing us to take evening walks without worry. The road quality is decent and maintenance seems consistent, which really adds to the overall comfort of living here.

Proximity to the main road and metro gate is a big plus, but the construction quality leaves much to be desired. Walls are not finished properly and there are several issues that need addressing, which is quite disappointing for a new place like Adinath Green.

Maintenance staff often takes their time responding to complaints, which can be frustrating when you have urgent needs. It definitely leaves a lot to be desired. On a positive note, Naya Khera is relatively quiet compared to other parts of Kota, making it easier to unwind after work. There are several clinics nearby which is reassuring for any family health concerns that may come up.
