Some days, the water supply can be a real headache. It feels like every other week there's either low pressure or no water at all, which is frustrating for a family that relies on it for daily routines. Given the price we paid here, I expected better reliability in basic amenities. Balita offers decent property appreciation potential, so that's a plus if you're looking to invest. The streets feel safe enough at night, which adds some comfort when coming back late from work or running errands.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Noticing how peaceful the atmosphere feels inside my flat has been a pleasant surprise. Despite being in a busy area like Balita, there's hardly any disturbance from outside. Maintenance staff respond quickly to any concerns, which really helps keep things running smoothly. One small complaint would be that sometimes it takes a little while for repairs to be completed, but overall satisfaction outweighs that minor issue.

Very pleased with the value we found here in Balita, especially compared to other options around. Shops, schools, and hospitals are all nearby, making day to day life easier, however, it would be nice if there were a few more recreational spaces for kids in the area.

Feeling grateful for the steady water supply and reliable power backup here. The nearby shops, schools, and hospitals make everyday life pretty hassle free, which is a huge plus for our family. If there's one small complaint, it would be the occasional noise from construction in the vicinity, hopefully, that settles down soon. In this locality of Balita, there's not much disturbance from main roads or commercial areas, so we can enjoy some peace at home. Plus, both water and electricity are quite dependable around here.
