Stepping inside feels like a breath of fresh air compared to the hustle outside. While being close to the main road and metro gate is super convenient for my daily commute, it's pleasantly surprising how peaceful it remains within the flat. Just wish there was a little more soundproofing, sometimes, voices from the corridor can be heard.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Security at the gate has been a standout feature for us, providing peace of mind while coming and going. The construction finish in our flat reflects solid quality, making it feel like home right from the start. Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Noise from the main road can be quite intrusive at times, especially during peak hours. It's a bit disappointing because I was hoping for a quieter environment when we moved in. Inside the flat, however, it feels relatively calm thanks to decent soundproofing, but you still can't escape the occasional honking and traffic sounds. Lachit Nagar has good metro access and a few bus routes nearby which makes commuting easier. The locality feels settled with plenty of amenities around, it has that familiar comfort of being well developed yet not too crowded.

Sunlight streams into the living room throughout the day, making the space feel bright and welcoming. Compared to other options in Lachit Nagar, it's a good value for what we get, just wish the kitchen had a bit more storage. Roads around here are well maintained and I appreciate that there are decent schools nearby which my kids attend without any hassle. It really feels like a balanced community to live in.

Every morning starts off right with a quick workout in the gym and a refreshing swim in the pool. Our family enjoys the sports area too, which brings everyone together for some friendly competition on weekends. If there's one thing that could be better, it would be having more shaded spots around the pool during peak sun hours. Living in Lachit Nagar is convenient, there are hospitals and clinics just around the corner, which eases any worries about health emergencies. Traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hours, but with easy access to main roads and metro gates nearby, it's manageable enough for our daily commutes.

Water supply issues have become a real headache, especially during the hot months when it feels like it's always running low. While there are shops, hospitals, and schools nearby, which is nice, without reliable power backup and consistent water flow, it's hard to feel settled here.

Staying here for seven months now. The common areas are clean and security is active round the clock. Water supply is steady and there have been no major power issues.
