Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

So many friendly faces around here make a real difference, and it's comforting to know that everyone looks out for each other. The security at the gate is reassuring, giving us peace of mind when we come and go. If I had to nitpick, I'd say sometimes the entrance could be a bit more organized during peak hours. The streets in this area feel quite safe at night, making late evening walks enjoyable. Finding an auto or cab is never a hassle, which adds to the convenience of living here on Vasna Road.

Corridors are well maintained, and the construction quality of our flat from Aavkar Buildcon has been solid overall. One small issue is the occasional delay in getting minor repairs done, but it's manageable. Vasna Road offers smooth roads which makes commuting easy, and there are a couple of good schools nearby that my kids attend regularly. It's a nice area to live in with everything you need close by.

Noticing the well maintained corridors and common areas gives a sense of pride in living here. Water supply has been reliable, which is such a relief during the summers, and we have not faced any issues with power backup so far. My only minor complaint would be that sometimes the cleanliness in certain spots could use a bit more attention, but overall it's been a pleasant experience at Aavkar Glorious on Vasna Road.

Seeing the maintenance team respond quickly to requests has been a pleasant surprise. It's nice knowing that when there's an issue, someone will be at the door within no time to fix it. Compared to other places we looked at in Vadodara, the value here feels just right for what we pay. If there's one area for improvement, it would be communication about upcoming repairs, sometimes we wish we were informed a bit earlier.
