Aashrithaa property is not trustworthy I am extremely disappointed with this builder. Most of the promises made during the purchase have not been fulfilled. Basic amenities are still incomplete, and even after repeated follow-ups, there has been no visible progress. The builder often gives misleading or vague responses and keeps delaying work, never taking real responsibility. What’s even more concerning is the garbage dumping happening inside the layout, creating an unhygienic and unpleasant environment for residents. Despite multiple complaints, the builder has done nothing to resolve it. Cleanliness and maintenance are completely ignored. Overall, there is no transparency, no accountability, and no professionalism. I strongly advise prospective buyers to be very cautious and ensure every commitment is put in writing before investing.
