Security at the gate often feels lackluster, with guards sometimes distracted and not as vigilant as I would hope. The daily commute can be a hassle due to traffic around Timbavadi during peak hours, which adds unnecessary stress to my mornings. While the layout of Aashirvad Infinity is decent, these issues have made my experience here less than satisfactory. On a brighter note, property values in this area are steadily appreciating, making it a reasonable investment over time. Water supply has been consistent for us, however, electricity reliability can be hit or miss depending on the season.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Water supply is consistent here, which has been a relief compared to some other places I've lived. Power backup works well too, I rarely have issues during outages. My only complaint would be that the maintenance staff could respond a bit quicker at times, but overall this place offers great value for what we pay.

Timbavadi feels safe enough at night with families around, and it's nice to see how developed the area has become over the years. There are some good local shops nearby that make daily errands easier too.

Proximity to the main road is one of the few things that works well here. Daily commutes can be a challenge because while getting to the metro station isn't too far, traffic during peak hours makes everything frustratingly slow. The maintenance crew seems overwhelmed as well, there are days when basic amenities feel neglected, which adds to the inconvenience. It's hard not to feel let down given my expectations based on what was promised during purchase discussions.

Access to the gym and sports area has been a big plus for our family. Walking around in the evening is quite comfortable, it's reassuring how safe the streets feel at night.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.
