Corridors and common areas often feel neglected, which is frustrating considering the potential this place has. The proximity to the main road and metro gate is handy, but it doesn't make up for the upkeep issues. Aiginia has been seeing decent property appreciation lately, making it a worthwhile investment in the long run. Plus, there are a couple of parks nearby that are great for evening walks with family.

Hallways here could use some serious attention, the paint is already peeling in places, which is disappointing for a new build. In terms of flat finishes, there are noticeable gaps around fittings and some tiles have uneven edges that detract from the overall look. Maintenance of common areas also seems to be lacking lately, which adds to the frustration of living here.

Needing help with a leaking tap turned into quite the hassle. Neighbours are friendly, and it's nice to have that community connection, but the maintenance staff takes ages to respond to requests. It's frustrating when simple issues linger for too long despite promising interactions.

Shops and schools are just a stone's throw away, which makes managing daily life quite easy. Having reliable hospitals nearby gives peace of mind, especially with kids in the house. Power backup is decent, but I do wish the water supply was a bit more consistent at times. Overall, we feel very comfortable and happy living here in Aiginia.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Management's response to maintenance issues leaves much to be desired. It often takes longer than expected for them to address complaints, which can be frustrating when something urgent needs fixing. The daily commute from the gate is fairly convenient, with decent access to public transport options that make getting around easier. Aiginia has its perks too, finding an auto or cab isn't usually a problem, and there are a couple of clinics nearby for any medical needs that might come up. Overall, it's not all bad here, but there's definitely room for improvement in some areas.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

When stepping into our flat, the quality of the finishes really stood out everything feels well thought out and durable. Maintenance staff respond quickly to any issues, which is a big relief for us as busy professionals. One small complaint would be that sometimes their timings could be a little more flexible, but overall we've been very satisfied living here.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Power backup has been reliable, which is a big relief during the heat of summer. The gym and pool are fantastic for keeping the family active, and it's nice to see my kids enjoying the sports area as well. One small downside is that sometimes the water supply can be a bit inconsistent, but overall, I'm really satisfied with living here in Aadiv Elite.
