Really felt safe coming back late here, which is a big relief. Parking can get a bit tight during evenings, but overall the place is clean and wellmaintained. Would recommend if you want a calm residential area.

Neighbours are friendly and it feels safe to walk around, but sometimes the security staff seem a bit distracted. Shops are not too far, which is convenient for quick errands. Overall, a nice place to stay. Pretty good overall

The place feels mostly safe even when I come back late at night, which is good. Sometimes the parking gets a bit crowded, so finding a spot can be annoying. Overall, not bad for daily living.

Nice place overall, but sometimes water supply gets a bit irregular in the evenings. The open spaces are good for morning walks and kids love playing there. It can get a little noisy during festivals, but that’s expected in any busy area. I usually enjoy sitting on the balcony in the evenings when it’s quieter.

The flat looks decent but the finishing inside felt a bit rushed, especially around the kitchen area. Water supply is mostly fine, though power backup kicks in only after some delay. Overall, okay for the price but could be better. Needs improvement

The security guards here are really attentive and polite, which made me feel safe even when coming back late. There’s a small kids’ play area that my nephew enjoyed a lot, so that was nice to see. The community events aren’t very frequent, but the clubhouse is decent enough for casual meetups. Overall, a comfortable place to stay, though they could improve the parking space a bit.
