Ramswaroop Palai Tower is an excellent project in a prime location, complete with first-rate amenities. It provides good value for money. The construction is also excellent.

The building is at a prominent location with great access to the rest of Mumbai. Since there aren't any other tall structures nearby, there is better daylight and ventilation.

This property is not worth buying because construction and floor plans are poor. And there is no garden or relaxing area.
