The base price which they are quoting is 7000/sft which is over hype one. They're already taking 8 lakhs for amenities. On top of that they're quoting 7k base price doesn't justify it. It's the dead end of Kompally. So everyone please do not spend more than 5000 per square feet for om sree galaxy.
