Obel Banjara is a fantastic residential complex. The flats are very spacious and the overall layout is impressive. The maintenance team does a great job in keeping the place clean and tidy. The service charges are reasonable and the amenities provided are of top quality.

I recently visited this project and was really impressed with the quality of the apartments. The amenities provided are top class and the maintenance is also excellent. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the city center.

I have to say that it has been a wonderful experience for me to live in Obel Banjara for the past few months. The flats are spacious and beautifully constructed, and the finishes and furnishings are of the highest calibre.
