Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Facilities here are well maintained, and whenever I've had any issues, the maintenance staff has always responded quickly and efficiently. It's also quite convenient being just a short walk to the main road and metro gate, commuting is hassle free. One small complaint would be that the noise from nearby traffic can sometimes be a bit much during peak hours. Still, overall, it's a comfortable place to call home.

Cracks in the walls and uneven flooring really take away from what could be a comfortable home. While some neighbours are friendly, there's not much of a community feel here, making it hard to connect.

Corridors often feel neglected, with not enough attention given to the upkeep. Common areas seem dark and cramped, which isn't great when you have kids running around. It could really use better ventilation and a fresher look overall.

The security setup at the gate and corridors gives me a real sense of safety, which is so important these days. Common areas are well maintained, making it comfortable for everyone to enjoy. My only complaint would be that sometimes the lift can be a little slow during peak hours.

Feeling secure and comfortable here has been a blessing. The daily commute is quite straightforward with easy access to the main roads, which really saves time on busy mornings. Water supply is reliable, and there's always power backup when needed, though I wish the internet connection was a bit faster. The locality has some lovely parks where kids can play and families can unwind on weekends. Traffic isn't too bad during peak hours either, it flows fairly smoothly most of the time, making life that much easier.

Natural light floods the rooms, but it's quite disappointing that the air circulation isn't great, making things a bit stuffy at times. Shops and schools are conveniently close, but if there's an emergency, reaching a good hospital can be a hassle. Water supply is mostly reliable, which is a plus, and access to the metro isn't too far away either. Buses run frequently in this area as well, so commuting isn't much of an issue.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.
