Common areas are mostly clean, but sometimes the corridor lights don’t work properly, which feels a bit unsafe at night. Water supply is mostly okay, though there were a couple of days when pressure dropped unexpectedly. Parking can get crowded during peak hours, so better to come early if you want a good spot. Overall, it’s decent for daily living but small things could be improved.

Good place to stay, and power backup works fine most of the time. Sometimes the lobby could be cleaner, but overall it’s comfortable for daily living. Rental value seems decent in this area. Pretty good!
