The attention to detail in the design and construction of this proejct is impressive.All the 1,2,3,4 BHK flats that I viewed was well-planned and had plenty of natural light. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

I recently relocated to EGPI Saathvic, and I have to say that it was a wise choice. The complex is serene and silent, but parking is a major issue you can't even park outside because the roads are too narrow.

This project is a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience. The 4 BHK flats are perfect for large families and the common areas are well-maintained. The location is also very convenient for daily needs.

Although the overall experience was good, I did face some issues with the maintenance staff at EGPI Saathvic. They were not very prompt in attending to my complaints. However, the apartment was spacious and well-designed.
