One of the best in Tathawade, in my opinion, because DNV Builders is the greatest in the business and their projects are excellent in India. They offer good facilities at an affordable price.

Tathawade is quite good. The view from our apartment is very amazing. Hospitals, schools, colleges, and markets, as well as other essential services, are all close by. It is at a great place.

The property is very close to the city, so there is a lot of noise and pollution. and the property amenities are extremely boring. I'm not happy with this purchase.

The construction is superb. The houses are all vastu compliant. The structure of the building is well-planned and has high-end amenities. The property includes a clubhouse and affordable apartments.
