Very secure and safe location. Online grocery, milk, curd, and vegetables are easily accessible.  Easily accessible to all other places to visit.

Locations of these apartments is amazing. On the ring road in close vicinity to Mysore industrial area and not far from city as well.

This place is very near to industrial area and of course near to few software companies like Nesara Tech park, Silver Spirit Tech etc. Economical apartments, well maintained and most of the residents are software engineers.

Although it is at an excellent location along the ring road, you will need to get used to the noise. There are several flats available with good amenities.

I was looking for an apartment in Hebbal which has all the amenities and within my budget. That was when I got to know about the project Damden Solarium and got to see it as well. It did not take me much time decide on the project and booked it.
