Very noticeable how tight knit the community is in Timbavadi. Neighbors often gather for local festivals and events, making it feel like home. I've had a lot of chats with people from different backgrounds, which gives a nice diversity to the area. Property prices have definitely seen some appreciation lately, but it's still affordable compared to nearby places. On the downside, there are issues with garbage collection not being consistent, sometimes trash sits for days before it gets picked up. It can be frustrating when you want your neighborhood to stay clean and inviting. Still, overall there's potential here if that issue gets resolved soon.

There's always something happening in Timbavadi, especially with the community events and festivals that bring everyone together. I've met some really friendly neighbors who are always up for a chat or to lend a helping hand. The mix of traditional charm and modern spots makes it an interesting place to be. However, I do wish the traffic situation was better during peak hours, it can get pretty congested around the main roads. But overall, it's nice to feel connected and part of such a lively neighborhood!

Street vendors set up around the market area, making it lively during the day and showcasing local culture. However, once night falls, things take a different turn as street lighting is quite poor in some parts. I've felt uneasy walking home after dark because of that. On the upside, neighbors often gather for festivals or events, which really brings everyone together and fosters a nice community spirit. It's just that safety could definitely be improved with better lighting to enhance our evening experience here.

Roads in Timbavadi could really use some serious work. Potholes and uneven surfaces make driving a challenge, especially during the rainy season. Footpaths aren't much better, they're often cracked or completely missing, which is frustrating for pedestrians. On the food front, I've found a few decent restaurants and cafes that serve tasty local cuisine but options are limited if you're craving variety. It would be awesome to have more places that cater to different tastes without having to go far out of the neighborhood.

Walking around Timbavadi, I always notice how lush and green the parks are. It's such a relief to find well maintained spaces for relaxation, especially after a long day. I often take my kids to play there, and it feels safe and clean. The community seems to care about keeping the environment pleasant. Auto rickshaws are readily available throughout the area, making it super convenient to travel without any hassle. Cabs can also be booked easily, I've never had trouble getting one when needed. Just wish there were more benches in the parks for us parents who like to sit while watching our kids play!

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Water supply here is mostly reliable, which is a big plus for me. I appreciate having several food options nearby, the local restaurants serve some mouthwatering Gujarati dishes that are worth trying. Plus, there are cozy cafes where I often grab my evening snacks and coffee with friends. One small thing I've noticed though is sometimes the water pressure can drop during peak hours, but it's nothing major to worry about. All in all, it's a pretty chill place with good vibes and tasty food around!

Sidewalks are pretty decent in Timbavadi, making it easier to walk around without dodging potholes. Road quality has also improved a lot recently, which is great for everyday commutes. I appreciate that there are clinics and hospitals nearby, providing quick access to healthcare when needed. Just wish some of the footpaths had better lighting at night, it can get a bit dark and uneasy while walking after sunset. Other than that, this place feels really welcoming and lively with the community events happening throughout the year.

Peaceful mornings in Timbavadi are something I look forward to. The noise levels here are surprisingly low, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. I've noticed property prices steadily rising, which shows how much people value this locality. There's a good mix of shops and local eateries that add convenience without the usual hustle and bustle you find elsewhere. My only gripe would be occasional loud celebrations that can disrupt the tranquility, but those moments are few and far between. All in all, it's definitely an up and coming place with charm.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Streets are lined with local shops, and the variety of eateries is impressive. I often find myself exploring new places to grab a bite after work. Connectivity here makes life easier, there's a decent bus service that runs frequently, plus the metro station isn't far off which helps when traveling around the city. However, I've noticed traffic can get pretty crazy during peak hours. Sometimes it's frustrating trying to navigate through congested roads just to reach home after a long day. Despite that little hiccup, having so many amenities close by really adds value to everyday life here. Overall, there's always something happening in this area which keeps things lively!

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Power supply in Timbavadi has been pretty reliable lately, which is a relief during those hot summer days. Street lighting works well at night, making it feel safer to walk around after dark. I appreciate the community spirit here, people are friendly and there are local events that bring everyone together. Only downside is occasional noise from nearby traffic, especially during peak hours, but that's manageable.

Morning walks are always refreshing here, with birds chirping and a gentle breeze. Noise levels are surprisingly low, especially compared to other parts of the city. I can enjoy my evening chai on the balcony without being disturbed by loud traffic or construction sounds. Power supply is reliable too, I rarely face interruptions which makes working from home much easier. One small thing though, sometimes stray dogs can be quite vocal at night and that disrupts the calm once in a while. Despite this little hiccup, overall it's been pleasant living around here where community ties feel genuine and everyone looks out for one another.

Local kirana stores here have all the essentials, plus some unique snacks that you won't find anywhere else. Supermarkets are close by too, making grocery shopping quite convenient. During peak hours though, traffic can get a little congested, especially near the main intersection. It sometimes feels like ages to get through when everyone is heading home after work. On the bright side, the friendly shopkeepers always brighten my mood and help with any questions I have about products or deals. Overall, it's a lovely place with character and charm!

Regularly running errands around here, I've found a solid mix of supermarkets and local kirana stores that cater to all my grocery needs. It's pretty handy having options like well stocked supermarkets alongside those small shops with fresh produce. When I walk along the footpaths, I appreciate that they are mostly in good condition, making strolls pleasant. However, some sections could use a little more attention because there are occasional potholes or uneven surfaces. The main roads are decent enough for easy access around town. Overall, the vibe feels friendly, especially during local festivals when everyone comes together to celebrate. Just wish they would fix those few rough patches on the footpaths!

Street lighting at night makes walking around Timbavadi feel pretty safe, which is a major plus for evening strolls. Water supply reliability has been decent, I rarely face issues during the day. Neighbors are friendly and always up for a chat, adding to the cozy vibe here. However, sometimes the streets can be a bit crowded during peak hours, which can be slightly annoying when trying to navigate through. All in all, it's an enjoyable place with a good mix of convenience and community spirit.

Near the main road, hospitals and clinics are really close by, making it super convenient when anyone needs medical attention. Eating out is fun here with plenty of restaurants and cafes serving different cuisines. I've enjoyed trying local snacks and some awesome street food spots that pop up in the evenings. One thing I noticed though is that on weekends, some places can get crowded, which makes waiting for a table kind of annoying. Still, overall the vibe is lively and perfect for food lovers!

Public transport here is pretty decent, with the metro and bus services connecting well to major parts of Junagadh. Roads are generally in good shape, making daily commutes smooth. Walking around feels safe since most footpaths are maintained, although I noticed a couple of spots where the pavement could use some repair. It's nice to see community events happening regularly that add life to the area. Overall, there's a good mix of traditional vibes and modern conveniences that makes exploring this place enjoyable.
