Roads in Shreerang Nagar need serious attention. There are quite a few potholes that make driving a hassle, especially during the monsoon. Walking isn't much better with footpaths in poor condition, some sections are completely broken and unsafe to use. Another issue is the power supply, it can be quite unreliable at times, which can disrupt daily routines. It's frustrating when lights go out unexpectedly, especially during hot weather when fans are a must. The neighborhood has potential but these basic infrastructure problems really hold it back.

Schools and colleges are pretty close by, which is super convenient for families. I've noticed several clinics and hospitals in the vicinity as well, making healthcare easily accessible. It's nice to have everything within reach, but sometimes it feels like the roads can get a bit crowded during peak hours, especially with school traffic. Overall though, it's a decent spot to settle down in Nashik.

Recently, I noticed how many schools and colleges are cropping up around Shreerang Nagar. It's convenient for families with kids, there's a decent variety to choose from. I found some local kirana stores that offer the basics, which is super handy for quick shopping trips. However, when it comes to supermarkets, options are pretty limited and often crowded. Just last week, I had to wait in line forever at one because they didn't stock enough cashiers during peak hours. While it's nice to have those small shops nearby, a larger supermarket would really help meet the demand here. Plus, on weekends it can get chaotic with all the foot traffic around school times and market days.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Street lights in Shreerang Nagar are pretty reliable, making evening walks feel safe and secure. I appreciate how well lit the streets are, which helps to keep away any unwanted elements. Also, power supply is usually dependable, we rarely face outages here, so that's a big plus for daily life. However, there was one instance where the street lighting went out for a couple of hours during peak evening time. It wasn't a huge deal but it did make things a bit tricky until it got fixed. Other than that, I'm enjoying my time in this growing neighborhood!

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Noise levels here are surprisingly low, making it really peaceful for evening walks. Lots of greenery and parks around add to the calm vibe, perfect for relaxing on weekends. There's a nice balance between urban conveniences and nature which I appreciate. One small issue though, some construction noise from nearby projects can be annoying at times but it's not constant so that's manageable.

Plenty of nice food spots around here make it a foodie haven. I often find myself at the local caf , enjoying some fresh brews and snacks with friends. The restaurants nearby serve everything from spicy street food to fine dining options, which keeps things exciting. Property prices have seen good appreciation lately, making this a smart place for investments too. One small issue though is that during peak hours, some eateries can get quite crowded, but it's usually worth the wait!

So many families around me always hanging out in the evenings, catching up over chai or playing cricket with their kids. Schools and colleges nearby make it super convenient for education, my neighbor's daughter just got into a great college without any travel hassle. The community feels tight knit and welcoming, especially during festivals when everyone comes together to celebrate. I love the small local shops that have become our go to places for groceries, they really add character to the neighborhood. Just one thing sometimes noise levels can get high during weekends due to events at nearby venues, which can be a bit distracting when you're trying to relax at home.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Traffic during peak hours feels like a never ending ordeal. Streets get so jammed that even short distances take ages to cover. Public transport doesn't seem equipped to handle the crowd, leaving many of us frustrated. On top of that, while there are parks scattered around, they're often overcrowded and not maintained very well. Some parts have greenery but it feels neglected and could really use some TLC. I've noticed litter in spots where kids play which is disappointing. All these factors make me think about what we can do as a community to improve our surroundings instead of just accepting things as they are.

Safety is a top priority here, and I always feel secure walking around even at night, thanks to decent street lighting that keeps the area bright. Property prices have shot up recently, making it a good investment for anyone looking to buy. One small issue I've noticed is that some areas could use better maintenance on footpaths, which can get a bit tricky at times. Still, overall, it's a lovely place with a strong sense of community!

Friendly faces and warm smiles greet you at every turn here. Neighbors often gather for chai in the evenings, making it feel like a tight knit family. Safety is never a concern as the streets are well lit at night, allowing for evening strolls without hesitation. Children play outside while parents chat nearby, creating that perfect community vibe. One small issue is that sometimes the streetlights flicker, which can be slightly annoying during late night walks. Still, the sense of belonging and camaraderie makes up for those little inconveniences.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Water supply issues are a constant headache around here. There are days when I wake up hoping for a reliable supply, but more often than not, the taps run dry at unexpected times. Power cuts have also been frequent lately, making it frustrating to plan anything that requires electricity. While there's potential in Shreerang Nagar with its developing infrastructure, these basic amenities need serious improvement for residents to feel settled and comfortable. Locals share the same concerns, hoping for better management in these crucial areas soon.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Multiple hospitals and clinics are within reach, which is a relief for anyone who values quick access to medical care. Supermarkets and local kirana stores offer most daily essentials, making shopping convenient. However, there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to the variety available in these stores, sometimes I struggle to find specific items on my grocery list. Traffic can also be a hassle during peak hours as road conditions aren't the best yet. It feels like the area is still catching up in some aspects while expanding rapidly overall.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Street lights flicker on as dusk settles in, illuminating the lanes of Shreerang Nagar. Walking through the area at night feels safe with friendly faces greeting each other along the way. I've noticed families taking evening strolls, kids playing together, and people gathering for casual chats. That sense of community really makes it feel like home. However, one small issue is that some parts could definitely use better lighting, a few dark corners make me a bit wary while walking alone late at night. Aside from that, residents here have formed a strong bond, often helping each other out during festivals or emergencies. It's comforting to know you have neighbors who look out for you!
