Traffic during peak hours can really test your patience in Shelgi. I often find myself stuck for a while, especially near the main market area. On a positive note, auto and cab availability is pretty decent most of the time, I never have to wait too long when I need to get somewhere. There's also good access to shops and eateries nearby which makes running errands easy. Just wish they could figure out that traffic situation better! Overall, it feels like a lively spot with everything you need close by.

Plenty of restaurants and cafes around here keep my taste buds happy. There's a really nice little South Indian place that serves the best dosa I've had in ages. If I'm not in the mood for something spicy, I can pop into a nearby caf for some chilled coffee and snacks with friends. Bus connectivity is pretty good, making it easy to explore other parts of Solapur without much hassle. Just one small thing though sometimes the service at popular spots gets a bit slow during peak hours but it's usually worth the wait!

Strolling through the streets of Shelgi, I can't help but notice how lively yet calm it feels. There are some lovely restaurants nearby, with cozy cafes serving up fantastic chai and snacks that hit just right during evening strolls. On weekends, the local eateries fill up with families enjoying delicious thalis and spicy street food, making it a great spot for food lovers like me. Noise levels are mostly low, especially in the evenings when everyone settles down after a busy day. One minor issue I've faced is that sometimes deliveries take longer than expected during peak hours because of high demand at popular spots. But honestly, it's worth the wait when you get to savor all those flavors!

Hospitals and clinics are super close, which makes it easy to get medical help when needed. There's a reliable water supply most of the time, so daily chores don't turn into a hassle. I've never had major issues getting access to fresh water, except for that one time last summer when there was a brief outage. Other than that little hiccup, everything is convenient here. Shops and markets are just around the corner too, making life pretty smooth in Shelgi. The community feels friendly and welcoming as well!

With hospitals and clinics just a stone's throw away, it's super convenient to access medical care whenever needed. There are also some lovely parks around where I can unwind or take my kids to play. The greenery adds a nice touch and helps make the area feel refreshing. One thing I wish could improve is the maintenance of certain public spaces, sometimes they can get a bit neglected. But overall, it's a nice place to spend time outdoors and stay healthy with all the nearby amenities.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Supermarkets here are decent, but I feel like the local kirana stores have more character and often better prices. I end up doing most of my grocery shopping at these small shops since they have fresh produce and unique items that bigger stores don't stock. Property prices seem to be on the rise, but there's still a noticeable lack of infrastructure development to support all these new homes. Roads can get pretty congested during peak hours which makes commuting a hassle. The sense of community is strong, yet it would be great if there were more public spaces or parks for families to enjoy together.

Power cuts are rare here, which is a huge plus in making daily life easier. Roads are mostly well maintained and make commuting smooth. Footpaths could use some improvement as they have a few broken sections that need attention. Despite this minor issue, the overall atmosphere feels friendly and community oriented, with shops and services conveniently close by for everything I need.

Kirana stores are pretty handy around here, but I often find the choices limited. When looking for specific brands or items, it's not uncommon to have to hop between a few shops before finding what I need. For food, there are some local eateries that serve decent meals at reasonable prices, but variety can be an issue, I crave more options. The cafes around aren't bad for quick snacks and chai, though they lack any standout signature dishes that would make me want to return frequently. Supermarkets offer basic groceries but don't cater well to specialty products which is frustrating sometimes. Even though it has its charm, the culinary scene could definitely use some improvement in diversity and quality.

Roads in Shelgi are pretty uneven, making daily commutes a bit of a challenge. Many potholes seem to appear overnight, and the condition makes driving feel risky sometimes. Footpaths aren't much better, they're cracked and often obstructed by vendors, which makes walking tough, especially during busy hours. As for food options nearby, I've found a few local cafes that serve decent snacks but not all places maintain cleanliness consistently. A couple of restaurants have great potential but their service can be slow at times, so it's hit or miss when you're really hungry.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Metro connectivity in Shelgi is pretty convenient for getting around the city. I often take the bus, and it runs frequently, making travel easy even during peak hours. Traffic can get congested sometimes, especially when schools are letting out or during the evening rush. It's manageable most of the time but can test your patience a little. The local shops and markets add to the charm, providing everything you need nearby. One small complaint would be that streetlights could use some improvement since they're not very bright at night.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

So many parks and green spaces around here make it easy to escape the hustle and bustle. I love taking walks with my family, especially in the evenings when everything feels calm. Supermarkets are nearby for daily needs, but there's also a bunch of local kirana stores that give a nice touch of familiarity. One small downside is sometimes the vegetable vendors run out of fresh stock early in the day, which can be annoying when I'm in a rush.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Food options here are pretty diverse, making it easy to satisfy cravings anytime. There's this little South Indian joint just around the corner that serves amazing dosas and filter coffee. For a quick snack or chai, I often stop by the small caf nearby, their sandwiches are surprisingly tasty too! Supermarkets have everything you might need for daily grocery runs and local kirana stores always stock fresh veggies and essentials. Only issue is that during peak hours, some shops can get a bit crowded which slows things down when I'm in a rush. Despite that minor hassle, it's really convenient having so many choices close by for food and groceries.

Frequent power cuts have become a real headache here. Just last week, I faced three outages in one day, which disrupted my work and made everything super frustrating. It feels like the electricity department doesn't prioritize reliable service in this area. On top of that, traffic during peak hours is another struggle. Roads get jammed quickly around 5 PM, making it tough to commute or even run errands smoothly. I've noticed several times how people end up honking endlessly instead of moving anywhere. It's hard to enjoy the local vibe when basic services feel so unreliable and traffic can ruin your plans anytime you step out.

Kiranas are everywhere, and it's super easy to grab what I need. The community vibe feels warm with friendly faces around, making it enjoyable to step out for a quick chat. However, the lack of larger supermarkets can be frustrating sometimes, finding specific brands or items is often a hassle. Despite this issue, people here are always ready to help each other out, which adds some charm to daily life.
