Power supply in Raia has been surprisingly reliable, which is a big plus for me. Getting autos or cabs is generally easy too, making it convenient to get around without much hassle. The area is beautiful with all the greenery and local culture really shining through. Just wish there were more options for late night transportation because sometimes it can be a bit tricky to find a ride after dark.

Quiet mornings in Raia are such a blessing. The community is filled with friendly faces and everyone seems to look out for one another, which makes it feel like home. Kids often play outside without a care in the world while neighbors exchange pleasantries. I've noticed that even during festivals, there's a charming balance of celebration without overwhelming noise, making evenings quite peaceful. One small issue though is that occasional construction can disrupt the calm nothing too crazy, but it can be annoying sometimes. With lush greenery all around and beautiful old homes to admire, Raia definitely has its own special charm that's hard to beat.

Street lighting in Raia could use some improvement, especially during late night walks. I often find myself wishing for brighter lights on certain stretches. On the plus side, having several good schools and colleges nearby makes it a great choice for families. My kids have access to quality education just a short distance away. It feels safe here too, I rarely worry about letting my children play outside or walk home from school. The community is friendly and welcoming, which adds to the positive vibe of the area. Overall, it's a lovely place that blends tranquility with cultural richness while still having room for little tweaks like better street lighting at night.

Auto and cab availability in Raia has been surprisingly good. Most days, I find a ride within minutes, which is great for getting around. It's also comforting to know that there are a couple of clinics nearby if something urgent comes up. The proximity to hospitals adds an extra layer of security, I've had to visit once or twice and they were quite efficient. Plus, the roads here are usually quiet, making travel less stressful compared to busier places. One small issue though: sometimes during peak hours it gets tricky finding an auto when everyone's rushing home from work. But overall, the convenience makes it worth it!

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Bus connectivity around here is quite impressive, making it easy to explore nearby areas without hassle. I often use the local buses and they run frequently enough. Water supply is usually reliable, which is such a relief in this heat. However, there have been a couple of instances where I noticed a drop in pressure during peak hours. Besides that small issue, the sense of community feels warm and welcoming with friendly neighbours always willing to help out. The overall vibe definitely makes living here enjoyable and laid back.

Strolling through Raia, I love how many cozy cafes and restaurants pop up at every corner. There's this charming little spot where they serve the best xacuti I've ever had, and the fresh seafood places are unreal. In the evenings, grabbing some coffee while watching the sunset is a highlight for me, it really makes you appreciate life here. Noise levels are low thanks to friendly neighbors who respect each other's space. The only thing I wish could change is that sometimes local celebrations can get a tad loud, especially when it's festival time. Still, those moments add character to this laid back vibe! You can often hear birds chirping in the mornings too, which is pure bliss.

Buses are not frequent around here, making travel a hassle unless you have your own ride. There are some decent restaurants and cafes nearby, but choices feel limited if you're craving variety. I often find myself going to the same few places repeatedly since new dining spots rarely pop up. Street food is good in certain areas, but cleanliness can sometimes be questionable. Local markets do offer fresh produce which is a plus, though navigating public transport feels frustrating at times. Overall, the charm of Raia might lure you in, but connectivity and food options could definitely use improvement.

When the power goes out for hours at a time, it makes daily life really frustrating here. The noise levels can be pretty bothersome too, especially with some nearby construction and traffic. However, there are pockets where you can enjoy a little peace if you know where to look. Overall, while Raia has its charm with cultural vibes and greenery, these issues put a damper on the experience sometimes.

Schools and colleges nearby make it super convenient for families, especially with kids. My children have access to good educational options without traveling far, which is a huge plus. The local roads can get quite crowded during peak hours though, I sometimes spend extra time in traffic when dropping them off or heading out for work. Aside from that, the vibe around here feels really welcoming, and you can't help but enjoy the simple life and friendly faces all around. Definitely a nice place overall!

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Feeling right at home in Raia with its lovely food scene. There are some cool cafes and restaurants nearby that serve everything from local Goan cuisine to international dishes, which I really enjoy. Also, the bus connectivity makes commuting hassle free, so exploring surrounding areas is easy. Only downside? Sometimes the buses can be a bit crowded during peak hours.

Walking around, you quickly notice how friendly everyone is. Neighbors often greet each other and gather for small celebrations or festivals, which adds to the charm of this place. I love that community vibe, it really makes a difference in everyday life. However, getting auto or cab services can be hit or miss at times. Sometimes I find myself waiting longer than expected for a ride, especially during peak hours or late evenings when options are limited. It can get frustrating when you're in a hurry or just want to explore nearby areas without much hassle. While the local atmosphere is inviting, improving transport availability would definitely enhance our experience here.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Plenty of food spots are around here, from small local eateries to cozy cafes. My favorite has to be the little place that serves fresh seafood dishes, the flavors remind me of home cooked meals. Hospitals and clinics are just a stone's throw away, which is super convenient for emergencies or routine check ups. I appreciate how community centric everything feels here. One downside I've noticed is that some popular restaurants can get crowded during weekends, making it hard to grab a quick bite at times. Overall, though, it's been a delightful experience enjoying the food scene while having easy access to healthcare.

Nice to see that property prices in Raia have really picked up lately, which makes it an attractive spot for investment. Roads are mostly in decent shape and walking around is enjoyable, though the footpaths could use some attention. I've noticed a few areas where they're cracked or uneven, which can be a little tricky at times. The vibe here is refreshing with its blend of culture and nature, plus you get to enjoy traditional Goan life without feeling rushed. Overall, I'm glad I chose this place as my home base!

Children's education options are decent here, with a couple of schools nearby that cater to different age groups. I sometimes worry about the lack of higher education institutions within easy reach, which means older kids have to travel further for college. On weekends, parks are usually lively and packed with families enjoying time outside, but green spaces could use more maintenance as some areas feel neglected. The community vibe is warm and welcoming, however, there could definitely be improvements in how local facilities are kept up.

The mornings in Raia are often filled with the sounds of roosters crowing and people starting their day. While I appreciate the picturesque surroundings, traffic can get pretty congested during peak hours, making it a bit frustrating to move around. The roads are generally decent, but some areas could use a little maintenance to improve the ride. Footpaths have seen better days, they're quite uneven in places which makes walking a challenge sometimes. Still, I enjoy the vibe here overall and wouldn't trade this experience for anything else!

People here have such a strong sense of community. Neighbors often come together for festivals and events, making life feel more connected. Public transport is quite convenient with buses that run frequently, making trips to nearby areas easy. The scenic beauty adds to the charm as you walk or cycle around enjoying the greenery. One small issue I've noticed is that sometimes buses can get crowded during peak hours, but that's just a minor hiccup in an otherwise lovely area. Overall, Raia really has its own unique vibe that makes daily life pleasant.
